My Review:

I own the book Look Great, Feel Great but have not read it yet. After reading this smaller version I am definitely more interested in reading it. This book was broken down into 12 steps and each step had 5 or more points at the end. The points are areas for you to work on and there was even space for you to write which ones you specifically need to work on. I really enjoyed it and learned some things about myself.
